The word healing evolved from the word ‘whole.’ What does it mean to be ‘whole’, to be ‘healthy’? Is it only the physical body that needs to be “healthy”? What about our emotional and mental body or our universal body?
Understanding our full experience of life can be challenging and at times confusing. Spiritual books do their best to shed light on the multiplicity of our being; yet can also leave readers in a fog. Gabriel Azoulay has spent the last 10 years simplifying what seems to be confusing language around the 3 bodies of the human experience. As we explore the Gross, Subtle and Causal bodies we will discover that each of them needs something different to grow and heal, yet if we are aware of the ‘whole’ body, as one body becomes healthier, so will the other bodies. We will explore the power of meditation as a unifying tool, as well as a therapeutic tool, while exploring the questions and ideas around modern medicine, natural medicine and energetic medicine. Gabriel will draw from the Vedic, Chinese, and Thai traditions to guide the discussion.

Gabriel Azoulay is a graduate of the acclaimed Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC.
