In this workshop students learn how to appreciate their own bodies by manipulating the body of another. The experience of stretching and pressing on another, while being fully absorbed in your breath and the physical sensations teaches you so much more about your body than the more traditional ‘individual’ practices, you become more aware of what causes your limitations, when your mind wanders and how to come back into the present moment. Students learn how energy moves in the body and how to observe it in themselves and others.

In a comfortable, safe and compassionate setting, Gabriel Azoulay discusses what Thai Yoga is and what makes this practice so insightful physically, mentally and spiritually. This workshop is for anyone desiring to deepen their human experience.

A Thai Yoga Massage Workshop is great for couples or partners. The Thai massage techniques you learn in the workshop you can take home and practice together for  relaxation and to deepen your connection.

We will meet on Friday the 5^th at 5PM-8PM.  Saturday and Sunday will be 10AM to 5PM with a 60 minute lunch. http://www.gabrielazoulay.com/. The workshop will be held at Breathe Yoga Studios in Rochester.
